The Tourist Medical Guard service will be active from 17 July to 31 August 2023 in the following ambulatory:
- Ambulatorio Colombare, Piazza Virgilio n. 35, Sirmione
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 11:30 Municipal
- Ambulatorio Comunale, Via Santa Maria Maggiore n. 28, Sirmione
Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 to 11:30
How to access and necessary documents:
The citizen is required to go to the clinic with a valid Health Card/TEAM and identification document. In the case of a visit request deferable home care, to be carried out outside the clinic hours, the service is subject to a fee (€ 40 per visit) with methods of execution according to the specific tax legislation.
When the service is closed, you can contact:
- Family Doctors and Pediatricians for occasional visits governed respectively by art. 46 ACN General Medicine and by art. 43 ACN Family Pediatrics. The Service is subject to payment with reimbursement at the ATS of residence with the following rates:
General practitioner/continuity of care doctor visit: € 20
Family Doctor home visit/continuity of care: € 35
Pediatrics outpatient visit of your choice: € 30
Free choice pediatrician home visit: € 45 - To the Servizio di Continuità Assistenziale from 20.00 to 8.00 every day and from 8.00 to 20.00 on Saturdays, holidays and the day before the holiday of august 14, 2023, by contacting the number 116117. The Service is subject to payment with reimbursement at the ATS of residence for citizens residing outside the region and not enrolled in the SSR with the following rates:
