Vittoriale degli Italiani
Built by the poet-soldier Gabriele d’Annunzio in Gardone Riviera from 1921, the monumental complex of the Vittoriale degli Italiani is a house-museum whose rooms contain exhibits and testimonies of the exploits and exceptional life of its creator.
Open all year round, the Vittoriale also includes a vast park and gardens and has a majestic amphitheatre overlooking the lake, which is used as a venue for festivals and events.
