The big yellow villa in front of the Park, near Villa Cortine Palace Hotel, was the house of the famous Soprano Maria Callas and her husband, the industrialist Meneghini.
Here she found peace, serenity and beauty.
Maria Callas arrived in Sirmione for the first time in 1952 and it seemed to have loved those stays, far from the limelight.
