Sirmione‘s tourist event season begins in a symbolic way with a special event that reaches the Mediterranean from the far north of Europe. On Saturday 20 April, at 5.30 pm in the central Piazza Carducci, the Norwegian choir Tordenskjold Songlag will enchant the audience with its fascinating traditional songs from the far north, transporting the melodies of the fjords to the shores of Lake Garda.
The Norwegian choir opens the way to a calendar full of events. From the first half of July other choirs from all over the world will arrive on the Peninsula, guest musicians from Sirmione who, like the Tordenskjold Songlag choir, share the passion for singing and the charm of Lake Garda.
