Free distribution of anti-larval tablets against the Tiger Mosquito begins
The Municipality of Sirmione renews its commitment to the prevention and control of diseases transmitted by insect vectors, with particular attention to the tiger mosquito (Aedes albopictus).
The fight against the spread of diseases requires the active collaboration of every citizen. In addition to the periodic treatments already carried out on public areas, the Municipal Administration makes anti-larval tablets available to residents, to be used on private properties, for an even more effective and widespread action.
- How to Collect Anti-Larval Tablets
Starting from Tuesday 3 June 2025, each family will be able to collect a free pack of anti-larval tablets, while stocks last, at the Municipal Offices, on the following days and at the following times:
Technical Office
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
from 9.00 to 12.00
Mayor’s Office
Tuesday, Thursday
from 9.00 to 12.00

Citizens are invited to actively participate in this important initiative, using the tablets correctly and adopting responsible behaviors to prevent the proliferation of the tiger mosquito. Everyone’s collaboration is essential to ensure a safer and more peaceful summer for everyone!
