The third Michelin star in Sirmione
Tancredi restaurant joins La Rucola 2.0 and La Speranzina
The Sirmione restaurant thus enters the elite of gastronomy thanks to the talent of the young chef Vincenzo Manicone, born in 1989, originally from Varese. After working with Antonino Cannavacciuolo, he began his adventure in Sirmione, supported by the owner Arnaldo Damiani. Together, they have made Tancredi an essential stop for lovers of haute cuisine.
This new star joins the others already present in the gastronomic firmament of Sirmione, which now has three starred restaurants. In addition to Tancredi, the restaurant La Speranzina, of the Giordani family, with chef Delfo Schiaffino, and the restaurant La Rucola 2.0, of the Bignotti family, led by chef Gionata Bignotti.
Thanks to these excellences, Sirmione confirms itself as one of the most interesting gastronomic destinations in northern Italy, where tradition meets innovation, and hospitality marries haute cuisine.
