MEDIUM: The Winner of the Second Week of the Block Notes Photo Contest

The Block Notes Photo Contest is increasingly coming to life and, as the weeks go by, the development of the themes begins to emerge in all its expressive force.

After having conquered the first stage of the competition, Agnese Denti (Mandello del Lario) also wins the second week of the competition, thanks to her interpretation of the theme “MEDIUM”.

130 photographs were submitted for the second theme of the competition, a 4-week journey that explores different dimensions:

SMALL (from Monday 28 April to Sunday 4 May 2025)
MEDIUM (from Monday 5 to Sunday 11 May 2025)
LARGE (from Monday 12 to Sunday 18 May 2025)
EXTRA LARGE (from Monday 19 to Sunday 25 May 2025)

The 4 themes can be interpreted with maximum creative freedom: the concept of size can be understood in a spatial or physical sense, but also symbolic, emotional, sentimental, temporal, perceptive or even metaphorical.

Each week the Jury will evaluate the individual photographs, while at the end of the four weeks the sequence of the 4 images will be evaluated. Participants will also have to pay attention to the stylistic coherence and narrative coordination of the 4 photographs.

The Block Notes Photo Contest lasts 4 weeks, participation is free and photographs can be taken anywhere. All the information to participate in the Block Notes Photo Contest
