Some shops and businesses in Sirmione that are open to the public may change their opening hours or stay closed on National or local holidays according to Italian law (L. 260/49 and subsequent modifications).

• Easter

• 25th April – Liberation Day
• 1st May – Labour Day
• 2nd June – Festa della Repubblica – Republic Day
• 5th August – Santa Maria della Neve, Sirmione’s patronal feast day
• 15th August – August bank holiday
• 1st November – All Saints’ Day
• 8th December – Feast of the Immaculate Conception
• 25th December – Christmas Day
• 26th December – Boxing Day
