Public transport

For citizens and tourists it is possible to move within the territory, also using public transport services. During the year the timetables and the various services can change, we therefore recommend you to check before leaving.

TO REACH THE HISTORICAL CENTER

SHUTTLE BUS (active during the tourist season)

The shuttleBUS service is active from April to October and connects Colombare (Piazza Campiello terminus) to the historic center and back.
The easiest way to find out the timetables, routes and buy tickets is the Arriva Italia app.

Once on the bus, it will be possible to activate the ticket by scanning the QR-code on board. Tickets for the BUS shuttle can also be purchased on board (at a higher rate), at the automatic ticket machines at stops 1, 2, 4 and 9 and at the following points of sale:

PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICE COLOMBARE – HISTORIC CENTER

During periods and times when the shuttle bus does not run, it is possible to reach the historic center using the Extra Urban Service, Brescia-Verona line, from Colombare (Piazza Unità d’Italia and Piazza Campiello stops).

The easiest way to find out the timetables, routes and buy tickets is always to the Arriva Italia app (the same one you use for the shuttleBus).

Alternatively, tickets can be purchased directly on board (at a higher rate), at the automatic ticket machines at stops 1, 2 and 9 and at the following points of sale:

TO REACH THE OTHER AREAS OF SIRMIONE

To reach the other areas of Sirmione, it is possible to use the Chiamabus Sirmione service (formerly the urban service). The service is available upon reservation only.

Ticket cost: €2
Ticket cost on board the bus: €2.50

The service is active:

• Until June 28: weekdays, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm
• From June 30th to August 31st included: every day (including Ferragosto) from 9am to 12pm and from 6:30pm to 10:30pm

Attention
You can book the ride up to 30 minutes before the desired time.
The service is free for holders of the Silver Card of the Municipality of Sirmione.
