The Tourist Medical Emergency Service in the Colombare clinic, in Piazza Virgilio 35 (Tel: 334 1161758), will be open with the following schedule:

The Service is dedicated to all non-residents who are temporarily in tourist locations, is free, without the need for an appointment. It offers outpatient visits, specialist visit prescriptions and hospitalization proposals.

Access methods and necessary documents:

The citizen is required to show up at the clinic with a valid Health Card/TEAM or document proving the right to assistance and an identification document. In the case of a request for a deferrable home visit, to be carried out outside of clinic hours, the service is subject to payment (€35 per visit) with methods of implementation according to the specific tax legislation.

During the service closing hours, you can contact the Continuity of Care from 8 pm to 8 am every day and from 8 am to 8 pm on Saturdays and holidays, by calling 116117.

The service is paid for with reimbursement at the ATS of residence for citizens residing outside the region and not registered with the SSR with the following rates:

• Outpatient visit general medicine doctor/continuity of care: €20.00
• Home visit general medicine doctor/continuity of care: €35.00
• Outpatient visit free choice pediatric doctor: €30.00
• Home visit free choice pediatric doctor: €45.00
