As part of initiatives aimed at the recovery of our traditions & typicality.
Grandparents, grandchildren and all those who care about the resumption of the typical cuisine of our area are invited to participate by bringing a polenta and…compatriot.
The polenta will be evaluated and rewarded by a group of experts for the classification of typical dishes to be recovered.
