Danilo Rossi and the New Gipsy project in Punta Grò
At Punta Grò the paths of two great artists and two great friends from Sirmione crossed.
Lillo Marciano, who brought to Sirmione the passion of his art and his gaze open to the world and Albert Florian Mihai who brought his music and his rhythms so deeply intertwined with the history of Europe.
To remember them, the Municipality of Sirmione together with the Consorzio Marmisti Bresciani (Marble Consortium of Brescia) and Danilo Rossi, former first viola of La Scala, will give an extraordinary concert on the lake shore at sunset. The show will be held in Punta Grò, at the beginning of the Back to PIETRA&Co exhibition itinerary.

The music of Gipsy Balcan is an energetic and festive mix, rich in complexity, variety and vitality which in the encounter with Danilo Rossi‘s viola mixes gypsy music with the classical repertoire. The stage becomes the perfect place to give voice to the extraordinary sounds of an ancient culture, born and raised in a community close to the meeting of social rites with a great emotional impact.
