A Painting on the Wall
What the art we choose says about who we are – join the conversation at the English Café

If you could hang any painting on your living room wall, which one would it be?
At first, the question seems simple, almost playful. We imagine colors, famous names, museum masterpieces. Yet the more we think about it, the more revealing it becomes. The painting we choose would not just decorate our wall; it would quietly accompany our daily lives, witnessing our mornings, our conversations, and our silences.
Some might choose a calm landscape; others may prefer a powerful portrait; then there are those who would choose bold abstraction.
Choosing a painting for a living room is about intimacy: what image would you welcome into your everyday life? What story would you want quietly unfolding on your wall, day after day? Join us and discuss the subject!
