The survey, which evaluates the level of well-being and standard of living of the population, is based on a detailed analysis of numerous economic, social, environmental and cultural indicators. The aim is to provide a complete overview of the liveability in the different areas of the province.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sirmione<\/strong> ranked <strong>second<\/strong> among the municipalities with more than 8,000 inhabitants, immediately after <strong>Rodengo Saiano<\/strong>. This recognition confirms the town on Lake Garda as one of the most sought-after, not only for its natural and cultural beauty, but also for its high standard of living.<\/p>\n<p>The ranking of municipalities was drawn up based on <strong>7 key indicators<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dynamics of the resident population<\/strong> (percentage balance of the population 2012-2024 as of January 1)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Land consumption<\/strong> (percentage share of the municipal surface consumed as of December 2022)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dynamics of businesses<\/strong> (percentage balance of registered businesses 2019-2023)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Average per capita income<\/strong> (amount declared\/residents, a.y. 2022)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accessibility to transport networks<\/strong> (total minutes needed to reach the three transport networks by private vehicle: motorway, railway, airport, starting from the municipality&#8217;s town hall)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active associations<\/strong> (total associations registered in the RUNTS, ASD-SSD, civil protection registers per 1000 inhabitants)<\/li>\n<li><strong>General crime<\/strong> (total crimes reported per 1000 inhabitants in 2023)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is not only Sirmione that shines among the municipalities of the Brescia shore of Lake Garda. Other lakeside locations also achieve excellent results in the Giornale di Brescia ranking. <strong>Padenghe sul Garda<\/strong> takes first place in the category of municipalities with a population between 4,000 and 8,000 inhabitants, while <strong>Moniga del Garda<\/strong> dominates among the municipalities with between 2,000 and 4,000 inhabitants.
