With the arrival of autumn, Sirmione<\/strong> becomes a natural stage that enhances the warm and enveloping colors of the season, creating an ideal atmosphere for photography lovers. The city inaugurates a season full of events dedicated to visual art, offering moments of reflection, inspiration and creativity. Thanks to initiatives such as the Sirmione Award for Photography<\/strong> and the support of a series of dedicated events, Sirmione continues to enhance its cultural and landscape heritage.<\/div>\n

Among the protagonists of this autumn season, within the Imago@Catullo<\/strong><\/a> exhibition, hosted by the Hotel Catullo, we find important names such as Michele Smargiassi<\/strong>, who will delve into the work of Sebastiao Salgado<\/strong> and Marc De Tollenaere<\/strong>, known for his intimate and personal photography. Triple appointment with the photographer Stefano Mirabella will hold a talk on street photography, portfolio reading and photographic outing.<\/p>\n

As part of the Sirmione Photo Residency<\/strong>, the contributions of the new resident photographer, Mattia Marzorati<\/strong>, stand out, who will discuss his projects at the Hotel Catullo, and the presentation of Simona Ghizzoni’s book together with the photographic project of the Sirmione Photo Residency 2023<\/strong>, with Ghizzoni<\/strong> herself in dialogue with Roberta Valtorta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Sirmione Photo Marathon<\/strong> and Lake Garda Photo Challenge<\/strong> competitions offer two opportunities for photography enthusiasts and experts to immortalize the beauty of Sirmione and Lake Garda. A WORLD IN A BAG<\/strong>, the exhibition created with the shots of the 2023 edition of the Sirmione Photography Prize, continues until November 3 at Palazzo Callas Exhibitions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
