After the passage of the Mille Miglia and Swim the Island, Sirmione<\/strong> is once again the scene of a major sporting event: the stage of the Giro d’Italia Women<\/strong> which will see the athletes start from Sirmione<\/strong> and arrive in Volta Mantovana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

102 km<\/strong> which from the shores of Lake Garda<\/strong> enter the Brescia plain, touching the towns of Lonato, Montichiari, Asola and Medole before arriving in Guidizzolo, where the group will begin a circuit, and then arrive in Volta Mantovana.<\/p>\n

The Giro d’Italia women is not only a high-level competition, but also an opportunity to reflect on issues of great social relevance such as the awareness campaign against gender violence symbolized by the red\/pink<\/strong> bench which the Municipality of Sirmione has positioned in via Salvo D’Acquisto.<\/p>\n

Sirmione, with its hospitality and its enchanting landscape, is ready to be the backdrop to this extraordinary stage, combining sport and social commitment in a compelling event.<\/p>\n
