The new Sirmione farmer’s market will open on Wednesday 15 February 2023 at 10:00 am<\/strong>. This is a new opportunity for the citizens of Sirmione to get to know and buy the best of farm products, including organic ones, in the provinces of Brescia, Mantua and Verona: seasonal fruit and vegetables, cow’s milk, goat’s and buffalo cheeses, oil and wines , bakery and gastronomy products, fresh pasta, poultry, pork and beef, honey, beer, mushrooms, fish, eggs, flowers and citrus plants, aromatic plants and essential oils.<\/p>\n The farmer’s market, organized in collaboration with the Agriculture and Typical Products Commission,\u00a0protects\u00a0biodiversity<\/strong>, is\u00a0a place for the food community to meet and exchange,\u00a0promotes\u00a0a conscious consumption,\u00a0with information and recipes on how to cook the products of the countryside present market.
