Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June<\/strong> comes back to Sirmione the most wonderful swimming race of lake Garda: two days of open-air sport to regain the joy of racing and living as well an experience in an extraordinary background.<\/p>\n RACES ON SATURDAY 25TH JUNE AND SUNDAY 26TH JUNE<\/strong><\/p>\n On Saturday the race will start at 12:30 pm with KID’STHEISLAND<\/strong> (6-12 years old children), then Family\/Team Event <\/strong>(800 m)\u00a0and MWM Relay<\/strong> (800 m). At 4:30 pm there will be the Short Swim<\/strong> (1800 m), swimming under the drawbridge of Scaligero Castle. After the award ceremony<\/strong> at 6:30 pm, Sunset Swim<\/strong> (1500 m) from Jamaica beach at 8:30 pm and then Pirlo Party<\/strong> in the historic centre.<\/p>\n On Sunday from 11:00 am the intense Classic Swim<\/strong> (3200 m) from lungolago Diaz to Prete beach, swimming around the wonderful peninsula of Sirmione. The absolute news of this year is the Combined Swim<\/strong>, combining Short and Classic Swim.<\/p>\n MODIFICATION TO TRAFFIC CIRCULATION<\/strong><\/p>\n Piazzale Porto and the first part of Lungolago Diaz will be completely closed to traffic from Thursday 23rd June 8:00 am until Monday 27th June 12:00 pm<\/strong> and all vehicles will drive two-way in Viale Marconi<\/strong>, from the crossroads with Piazzale Porto until Largo Faselo Bitinico.<\/p>\n SwimTheIsland<\/strong> Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June comes back to Sirmione the most wonderful swimming race of lake Garda: two days of open-air sport to regain the joy of racing and living as well an experience in an extraordinary background.
