All Municipal offices operate regularly and all services are provided with public access only by appointment..

By telephone you can find busy lines because in this period many citizens are calling the municipal offices. It is advisable to try again several times.

For added security of citizens and operators, the Municipal Offices receive by appointment for needs that are not derogable or that can not be resolved by phone, email or video call.

The Offices are open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 am and
on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30 to 5:30 pm

PROTOCOL OFFICE

REGISTRY OFFICE
Call the number +39. 030 9909 144. It is possible to schedule appointments for paperwork (residence, certificates, weddings, etc.). The validity of identity cards is extended until 31st August 2020.

URBAN PLANNING OFFICE

The offices are open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Access is only allowed to one person at a time after body temperature checking.

ECOLOGICAL ISLAND
The Ecological Island reopens from Wednesday, June 3rd at the following times:
Monday to Friday from 2:00 to 7:00 pm
Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00 am and from 2:00 to 7:00 pm
Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00 am

Entry is limited to no more than two people at the same time and it will be mandatory to wear gloves and a mask.
